Refund policy

At EVOActive, every piece is made with care and precision. We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached in the EVOActive zip polybag.

Please note that sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

If your order arrives with a fault or defect, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
