  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, including public holidays or postal delays.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping may apply for orders over a specified threshold (if applicable).


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this number to monitor your order’s progress through the courier’s website.


5. Lost or Damaged Items

  • EVOActive is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier once the order has left our warehouse.

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact info@evoactive.com.au immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund if applicable.


6. International Shipping

  • Customs, duties, and import taxes may apply for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
